I've even financed my vehicles through them. They are a one stop shop for all of our insurance and loan needs. Anytime I need anything they respond and take care of it quickly and easily. They make sure I have the correct coverage and it is well worth the little extra I pay for the peace of mind that when a claim happens everything will be covered and handled. "The customer service is rubbish! A few months ago I walked in and asked the front desk assistant that I wanted to switch my State Farm agent from Houston to this one. She got me to contact my previous agents office to get the transfer initiated. Apparently the Houston agent needed to release my documents, Mr. Cortez needed to accept my documents. 3 days later nothing has been taken care of, according to my online account. I go in and spoke with the front desk assistant, which is when she informs me that Danny is on vacation and he hasn't received anything yet apparently. She writes down some of my information on a journal. After walking out of this office I call my previous agent in Houston and ask them if they have release my documents, they informed me they have. So I called the assistant at this location and she tells me that until Mr. Cortez comes back nothing can be done for now. I wait a about 3 weeks, still nothing. Since this was more of a convenience situation I allowed almost 3 months to go by without calling this office back, just to see if they would follow up. Clearly they did not. I went into a neighboring State Farm office spoke with the agents assistance there. They inform me that Mr. Cortez office would need to release my documents in order for them to receive it... I immediately call Mr. Cortez office and the assistant answered and I express my annoyance with their incompetence, alos to have them try and get the transfers request accepted. They released my information, (surprise !) That "apparently was in limbo". My current agents office got the job done in less than 2 days. One day for his team to initiate the request and one day to accept it. Keep up with those emails!"

"I have been a State Farm customer for years and while I've been pleased overall with the company, I would highly recommend avoiding Danny's office. I bought a policy for a new car a few months ago and it turned into a nightmare. It took over 2 months from when I bought the policy to actually receive any of the paperwork at all, which is totally unreasonable. During this time, I would ask them about it once a week and every time got the answer "oh it'll just be a couple more days." There were also 5 or 6 separate occasions where they promised to call me back with additional info I requested (simple questions that they didn't know the answer to), but they never called back. When I finally received the actual paperwork, the price for my 6 month premium was $150 more than I was quoted when I first bought it. I informed them of the mistake and they said they would correct it immediately, but of course another month goes by and nothing happens. I was so fed up I decided to cancel the policy altogether and switch insurance companies. Throughout all of this I never actually spoke to Danny, just his office team. When I asked a couple of times to be put in contact with him, I was ignored. So to be honest I highly doubt Danny is aware of any of these issues going on with his team."

She is honestly one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with . It is almost a surprise when things are easy these days, but Denise truly is amazing.
