"It was surprisingly pleasant. I have never been before. The staff are educated professionals that are caring and know their craft. Thank you Total Access Urgent Care If I ever need to I will come to you."
"Making an appointment was super easy and no wait. My issue was addressed, tests ran, medications given so I did not have to go to the pharmacy afterwards. Overall it was so easy and convenient that I highly recommend!!"
"Got in quickly. Very kind and educated staff, took their time explaining, left feeling way better and with needed information, prescriptions, and referral. Will be returning for future care, and would recommend to friend or family member."
"As always, this was a wonderful experience. I was able to get in right when they opened at 8 and was promptly taken care of. I felt heard and like they cared about how I was feeling. Would definitely recommend this urgent care!"
"The people were very very nice. But I went in for fluid coming out of my right ear. They said it was a perforated eardrum with fluid built up. Instead of antibiotics they gave me a nasal decongestant, cough medicine and put me on steroids. I went back two days later bc it hurt so bad, I had green goop coming out of my ear. They gave me a completely different diagnosis and gave me antibiotics. I then had to go to an ENT and they gave me antibiotic drops. I feel like the "provider" as they said, at total access didn't do anything. And they charged a second copay"
