"To be completely fair Dr.Blake is a very intelligent Orthopedic physician and he definitely knows what he is doing. I gave it 3 stars because I had an appointment and called ahead explaining I may be running a few minutes late. When I got there 6 minutes late the Nurse at the front desk was very unwelcoming and rude. She took my insurance card which she was rude to me when asking for it. The waiting room was completely empty. She then calls me up saying she rescheduled me because I was late. I feel she should have told me that from the moment I walked in rather than having me wait and then telling me they're extremely busy and like I said there wasn't one person besides me in the waiting room and even if they had a patient in the back that doesn't seem right to me. Either way JCH seems to have an issue with their employees treating patients badly. JCH E. Annex is the only JCH clinic that treats me like a decent human being and welcome me in an appropriate and professional manner."
