"Never answer the phone,(except for 1 maybe 2 times over 15 months) never return calls… it makes no sense. Dr Rizo is sweet, her nurse is too. But literally everyone else there is not only bad at what they do(or don’t care), but they make it seem like scheduling your next appointment or something simple like that is equivalent to asking them to do, i dont know… a complex math problem, or call an ex boyfriend…If they are unhappy there why not move on? No one likes a Debbie downer. I finally had to switch providers."

"The front desk staff is very rude, they call me to the back so I can wait with my sick child in the room for over 2 hours . That I had to go to the front desk and ask why hasn’t the doctor came and see my kid yet . The lady said she doesn’t know . I was the only one parked in the parking lot and the only person there . This doctor office is not professional. Ever since Doctor Johnson retired this place went down the drain . Time to find a new doctor."

"I called to ask if my kids were going to get a higher dose of there meds & whoever answered the phone rudely told me why I didn't ask the doctor, i told him wasn't that his job cause when I call to make an appt they ask for what? Well don't you write this on the notes for the upcoming appt. He said it wasn't his job. I asked to speak to someone else he said no he was the office manager and the owner . Yea no. Probably why nobody goes there"

"I love Dr. Rizo, she tended to my daughter so well and with lots of compassion. However, Rene who answers the phones and sends for records is the worst. My new doctor requested records back in November and never received them. Upon requesting records for a second time, Rene continued with his excused and unprofessionalism. I asked to speak to a person above him and he stated he was the manager. Well in my opinion he is a poor manager who is causing business to go elsewhere. My doctor has still not gotten the records that were requested."
