"Camp Gladiator was great when I first started several years ago. Some great trainers have left and certain locations and times are not available. Trying to get a hold of the corporate office is a nightmare. No live body answering, put you on hold for twenty minutes then you’re told they’re too busy so call later. Cancelling my membership asap."

"TLDR: don’t sign a contract with CG. You will never be let out of it even if you’re willing to pay your remaining balance. I initially registered for CG in 2018 and enjoyed it. Then I renewed during the pandemic. I wanted to cancel shortly after renewal but was told I had to buy out the remainder of my contract. I couldn’t do that at the time and let the payments go. The other day, I checked my credit card bill and still had payments to them. When I called I was told I had one more month and had to call back within a 2 week window to cancel. If I missed that window, I would be charged again. I offered to pay now and cancel but they wouldn’t accept a payment. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told it would be 24-48 hours because they had “other things to do”. I missed the supervisors call due to working. I attempted to call them back and was told it would be another 24-48 hours. Finally I spoke to a supervisor who told me the exact same thing as the customer service agent and that there was nobody else to talk to. She wouldn’t even listen to my other questions outside the payment issue and offered to have me call customer service again to be placed back in the queue."
