"Well if you EVER want to see a PCP make sure to schedule months in advance and then they will call you to reschedule. Haven’t been able to see Rodriguez for 5 years, scheduled 3 months in advance for my appointment they call me and tell me she’s not in the office. This is completely unprofessional and I will be finding a new doctor."
"First meeting Dr. Winchester was great! My issue is with communication with front desk and reaching doctor after. Pharmacy said the MANUFACTURER did not make 1.5ml pens anymore for prescription. Only 3ml. Pharmacy said they didn't not receive a 2nd attempt. That is what I was trying to get across to the doctor. Members of the front desk cut you off, they said if I wanted to speak to the doctor to message or make an appointment. Did both and both times they intercepted. Cancelled my appt and said the doctor already handled this. Well... Good luck with this care team folks because even trying to talk after appointment was a joke. They literally cancelled my appt."
"Dr. Rodrigues, Dr.Ball & Nurse Irvine are all very caring doctors/nurse. They want the best for their patients. Things are a little different since Covid this year...but I am glad they are taking care of my son and me."
"I have been a patient here for over 30 years. My doctor recently left and when I called to ask about getting medication that was already in my file they told me they couldn't fill it. I asked if I needed to come in and see another doctor in the practice and they told me that no doctor at that location would be able to fill my prescription. I have never had a bad experience and have always had a doctor that cared and was able to take care of me as needed. I will never return to this location and will be going to BJC where my doctor left to start a new practice. Good riddance Mercy."
"Made an appointment a MONTH AGO - nobody EVER told me anything about a confirmation. Had to take off work to come in and when I get there they said they sent a confirmation text to a NUMBER I HAVEN'T HAD IN 5 PLUS YEARS. My guess is they pulled it from old records since I would have never given them that number and since I NEVER RESPONDED they cancelled it. Why would their front desk people NOT CONFIRM MY NUMBER?? And even better all they said was they are booked and I can reschedule. YEAH RIGHT. 0 STARS!!!! Incompetence at it's finest. Front desk people need to get it together."
