"Well I was lied to and won’t be giving them my business. I was told two weeks ago that they had a group of people that would run my insurance and will let me know when I come back if I have to pay anything or not pay depending on my medical insurance. So today I show up and my info wasn’t ran through and I wouldn’t know if I have to pay or not pay until I went through the process and picked up my orthotics. I am so ticked off with this business process I left and won’t be giving you my business. I have used other companies in the saint Louis market and never been treated like this for orthotics. I would give less than one star if I could."

"Doc knew a lot about what would help me it was a simple visit I understood and wasn’t confused or left questioning anything. And when shoes and orthotics did come in. He was super nice to stretch the one shoe. After the appointment while I was standing paying I kinda was feeling like other needed stretched too cause it seemed jealous lol or other foot. The lady went and asked about it boom he came on out quickly and helped me with other shoe. The raised part of insole on right foot to even out length in my legs wow I have a bit more back pain relief. For the first time in 35 yrs"
