"* Extremely long wait times. Even taking only one child in it can take up to two hours. * Unprofessional. Doctors and PA's are always in a hurry and make you feel like you ruined their day by showing up. Except Dr. Kelsey, but we cant get here every time. * Last visit was so poor. Dr Jackson did not listen. Half of the medicne she prescribed was not sent in to the pharmacy. We had to fight to an antibiotic for an upper respiratory infection. Patients got worse and wound up having to go to urgent care. Do yourself a favor...go some where else."

"Trust me take your kids somewhere else. The waits are OUTRAGEOUS! I always get there about 20 mins before appointment and still my kids get seen an hour plus later. Never fails. The rooms can be empty and still you will wait. They are also not breastfeeding friendly. The place is always dirty and the restrooms always smell. They don’t seem knowledgeable at all. Just awful don’t waste your time I finnaly gave in and just left will definitely be taking my kids some place else"

"This doctor's office doesn't even deserve one star. It's a nightmare!!! They never see you at your scheduled appt time. It's always an hour later and your just waiting. They forget about you while you finally in a room. The ladies at the front desk are rude and have horrible attitudes. The visits are soo rushed. The doctors there that are good always leave that location.....I would never recommend this place ever !!!!"

"They don't even deserve the one star. You can make a appointment but it doesn't really matter because regardless you will still be waiting at least 2 hours. The ladies working the front desk are very rude. The worse is my son's prescription was never called in and I called several times a few hours after the appointment and was told they were sending it, they never sent it. Made 3 more phone calls the next morning and was ignored or disconnected or was sent to a answering machine to leave a message and they would get back to me within 48 hours. Had to drive out back to the office to try to get answers. Do your self and your children a favor go else where."

"This office definitely has its flaws, but not only are their doctors worth staying for, they are constantly trying to improve. We are Dr. Othman or Ms. Delgado and it doesn't matter what happens they will always be worth staying and coming back for. When I first brought my child 2 years ago, office visits were an amazingly frustrating experience entirely blameable on the front office staff. The MA's and Dr's were doing the absolute best they could and you could see it. In the past 2 years, there has been an absolute face lift and i recognize only my Dr's and 1 or 2 MA's- they must've gotten rid of everyone else. I am always able to make an appt within a reasonable time frame. I am always able to schedule a sick visit when we just can't wait. I have an incredibly personal relationship with both Dr. Othman and Ms. Delgado and being a first time mom- that is everything to me. They know my daughter, they are so loving and sweet to my daughter and are always honest and seeking what's best. I have never felt rushed, or judged- when I have questions, they sit down and answer all my questions. The front office staff is now polite and speedy. You can absolutely feel a difference in the atmosphere of the office. They're even fancy with their scheduling. As soon as I book an appt, I'm alerted with an email and magically it's already in my calendar. I'm impressed with their willingness and want to change and be a better medical office suited for the amazing Doctors they keep on staff."
