"The doctors are good and pretty thorough with their patients. They take their time to assess. However if you need a last minute appt/walk in they're always booked even if you call right when they open. It says they have after hours but they don't, I've had to take my kids to other clinics and change pediatricians because they were unable to get seen here multiple times. Front staff is rude. Everytime you call they place you on hold for a long time. Then they transfer you and you stay on hold longer."
