"Called two times after filling out an online submission. - That's 3 attempts at engaging this firm. I spoke with Debbie twice whom was very pleasant. The second call, I explained the nature of my request and that if the attorney wasn't interested, to please call me back and let me know. That was over a week ago. They never attempted to call me back after any of my attempts at calling. Overall, very inconsiderate. My time as a professional is just as important as this attorney's time. I make sure all my clients get a response. I was very amenable to the situation and understood the case may lack appeal. It's no reason to ghost somebody. I would have given 1 star, but Debbie was nice enough to speak with."

"I was talking with a lawyer for this firm for over a month about my lawsuit. I contacted several attorneys and was directed here so I talked with Brian Deal about the lawsuiti need to file against Affordable Dentures, upon his specific instructions I tried to get a 2nd opinion with 2 specific dentists in St. Louis...I live in Advance, a detail he knew upon our first call. I couldn't get in with either dentist before the surgery date and so I got an opinion from another highly respected oral surgeon and submitted that to him- the dentist office even spoke with him to make sure they had the correct email to send it. I tried finding lawyers nearby and there aren't any who deal with dental malpractice and this firm has successfully went up against this company before. I am a pregnant, mother of 3 already who has epilepsy. I paid to have my dentures finally done and this company failed me, and wants to do surgery on me which I do not trust and now being pregnant cannot do. The company has already told me I must sue if I want a penny back, regardless of why. I spent more than a month trying to right the wrong that was caused me- all to be told 2 days after I discovered I am pregnant that they will not take my case. He said yes they handle it and yes he spent time on it and acted as though he did me some favor by telling me to call the ST. Louis Bar association about finding a lawyer to take my case or to reach out to the company about reimbursement completely ignoring that they already told me I'd have to sue. So now a 32 year old pregnant woman who had no choice but go to Affordable Dentures to finally get her smile back because the Oral surgeons in Missouri do not follow insurance protocol, now is out what she paid, cannot medically continue and has to sue to get a penny back, also cannot even eat properly to nourish the growing baby she is now carrying. Great, great job guys. You guys really are there to help people- ya know if it's enough profit and close enough but if not you'll just string people on making them think there is a shred of hope not just in their life but in this world. He knew where I live our first call. I should havebeen told no then and not had a month of my time wasted, my hopes crushed, and have a huge amount of stress forced on me in my pregnancy when all I was trying to do was stand up for myself and have my rights seen and heard."
