"My son has Asthma and started wheezing I called to have a refill sent to pharmacy and received a voicemail stating he needs to make an appointment with the doctor. I called back to make an appointment with the doctor and the earliest he can be seen is JULY! They want me to wait till July for an appointment for my son when he’s having problems breathing!!! I was told I would get a call back to see if they could get him in any sooner considering he’s wheezing and NEEDS his inhaler. Still haven’t received a call back."

"The wait is never too long, quick and easy to check in, everything is clean and sanitized. Staff in the front and the back are friendly and helpful. Dr. Quesada is thorough and my kids don't mind doctors appointments because its seamless and quick. Never have any claims or billing issues. Happy I bring my 3 kids here."

"VERY disappointed in the service I have received- my daughter has an eye consultation within the next few days and I have been calling since LAST WEEK regarding a referral needed- THIS IS HER VISION WE ARE TALKING ABOUT!!!! Needless to say, apparently they say someone called me last week- one time (NO MESSAGE OR ANYTHING OF THAT SORT WAS LEFT) to let me know I needed to take her in to be seen. I would totally be okay with that if I hadn't had to call in 2 days before her appt to get an update and find this out! On top of that, once I do take her in they state it can be another week before I see that referral (if approved) Its unbelievable how someones vision is not a priority to them, Will be switching doctors IMMEDIATELY!!!!"

"My PCP is Dr. Mullican who is a caring doctor who listens to my concerns, which is why I'm giving 5 stars but I'm gonna tell it like it is about another experience because people should know about how doctors treat patients. This past Friday he was unavailable and I needed a prescription so Dr. Yolonda Alonzo was available. My appt was at 11:15 am and I didn't hear from her till 2 pm. She stated I would need to go into the office to pickup the prescription. I asked if I was able to bring my daughter in because of COVID she's with me. She stated she could wait in the car and I stated she's only 11 so I'd prefer not to leave her in the car and Dr. Alonzo audibly scoffed/laughed at me for that over the phone, as if I was inept for caring about my daughter's well-being? She eventually said it wouldn't take long and I needed the prescription so I went and my daughter was waiting in the car while I went in. It took over 30 minutes just to get the written prescription she knew I was going to pickup, while I was stressing out and making sure to keep an eye on my daughter outside with a bunch of men who were working on the clinic walking all around the car (which was left running for her). I didn't want to leave because I didn't know how long they'd have taken to call me if I left the office and was hoping they would just come out so I could leave. By the time I left it was traffic hour because she was so late calling me for my appointment in the first place. I was so frustrated but didn't want to take it out on the front office staff so I'm writing this review instead. I remember why I switched from her initially and will never deal with her again. I'll just wait for Dr. Mullican or another doctor who respects their patients."

"The wait here takes a very long time. I thought maybe if I show up 20 minutes before my appointment they would see me on time, but no! I showed up early and waited almost an hour after my scheduled time. I really needed my daughter to see them for surgery clearance so I waited. It's always full of people and isn't clean especially the restroom in the waiting area. I wanted my children to have the same pediatrician for as long as possible and put up with the this place for about 8 months but I can no longer come here. The doctors are ok but the wait is ridiculous. After they call you to the back you wait another 20 min in the room.The staff also takes long(another 15-25min.) to give you your papers after seeing the dr., schedule your next appointment or to do any kind of paperwork. Expect to be here all day if you must come here. I'm on the hunt for another pediatrician."
