"My children have been seeing Dr.Perez for 4 years now and he’s been amazing with them. He’s always attentive, he listens, and he’s proactive. My son is usually very shy but he feels comfortable in Dr.Perez office and feels comfortable communicating with him. Dr.French has also seen them on short notice for a sick day. They’re good about getting same day sick appointments too. Any referrals we’ve needed for specialty care have been easy to obtain and done quickly."

"He's my sister's kids doctor an I been w her to some appointments an wow he's just amazing , knows all the kids names an is very personable . You can tell Dr Perez loves his job. I've always said when I have kids I will be coming here !"

"Dr Perez is a great doctor but his front office staff just flat out sucks. I’ve been going here for 7 years now and never have once had a problem with him. But his staff time and time again fails to meet the standard expectation for an office. I literally have to call 15 times before getting an answer to be put on hold for 5 minutes. This is ridiculous. I’ve been tempted to go to another office with better staff but can’t leave him because he’s such a great doctor. My kids love him. I really hope he sees these comments about his staff and gets something going to better his reviews. He’s definitely get 5 stars. But his staff alone brings him down."

"First off I rating the office not the Dr's. The office staff can really use good customer service skills as well as tolerance and good values. They are always so rude and seem to think they are right about things and have no shame in arguing with you to prove it. That being said I have been bringing my daughter here since she was 1 and is now 7. Dr. Perez and PA French are awesome and treat her with total respect and loving care. I would hate to leave but the office staff is making it harder for me to stay."
