"Horrible for scheduling appointments , the staff looks like they don’t know how to do their job ( one tells you one thing and the other lady tells you different) when ever they want the have minutes grace time and when they don’t want to give you the 15 min grace time they cancel you … bad at keeping track of their vaccines , have the habit of scheduling dr or physical visits with the Pidiatric and then when you get to the app turns out there was a mistake and they were booked , ridiculous …. Don’t waist y’all’s time"

"The front receptionist had told me they could not see my baby girl because they don’t have a grace period. I have never heard of any doctors office not having a 10-15 mins grace period after set appointment time. Unfortunately my preemie could not be seen today because of that matter. Mind you The appointment was @ 1:30 , we made it there with Uber @ 1:43 . Very disappointed with our first visit"

"Just had my new born Dr appt it was a great experience, Front receptionist were helpful and let me tell you Dr Natalie Badilio was amazing she answered all my questions and concerns took her time with me and the baby!"

"You can show up early and still want see the Dr. at your scheduled time in fact your waiting longer but when you show up 5 minutes after your appointment time they cancel your appointment I called 20 minutes in advance to let someone know I’d late and the guy told me you’re allowed a 15 minute grace period which I wasn’t going to be that late just traffic is horrible around 4PM my child urgently needed to be seen but they refused I do not recommend this place at all"

"If there zero 0 star I would gave them. My son had covid 20 days before the appointment to see doctor. They refused to see my son. He had developed low platellets counts resulting him to bleed for more than 50%of his blood volume in body. Doctor refused to even talk to us on the phone(they said non of the doctor here do telemed) but everytime for wellness checks they are very eager to call us in. Front desk person is a rudest person I ever met. Nightmare ! Veryshort and messed up our appointment. Thanks for your negligence My son ended up having blood transfucent, and admitted in hospital for 2 days . They didnt even give an instruction on how to deal with the problem, just simply said oh no we cant see him because he had covid 20 days ago. My son had gum bleed and nose bleed for days . So parents want to make sure your children can get the help when they need go somewhere else. Avoid this Clinic . As I experience this is only wellness check and vaccinated (all of the easy stuffs) no sick check ever. Almonique Kid clinic is 99% better . On the centromed corp I had contact with a nurse practitioner somewhere in downtown she is at least talks to us. And prescribed some ibuprofen but again the doctor is completely banned us taking my son there . They didnt even bother to make another appointment to see my son after that because they known too well arent happy with them . It is bad too the point that you even knew you are bad and patient wont be back ."
