"I’ve been to Pearle Vision’s in Michigan, Maryland, and Florida. Despite never setting foot in this Jacksonville, Indiana Pearle Vision location, it’s my favorite one! After being unable to reach my local Pearle Vision for days, I accidentally reached out to this location, thinking it was in Jacksonville, Florida. They went above and beyond helping me reach out to my local Pearle Vision store so that I could get my contacts replaced. I like how they offer the option to communicate with customers through text messaging. If I lived closer, this would be my go-to place. If you live nearby here, you’ve got a gem in your neighborhood."

"The office is beautiful! Everything was so nice and neat, lots of name brand options to choose from. The staff is absolutely wonderful! My first time there and I felt like I had known everyone prior. It was a fun visit, the girls were great at helping me pick out the right pair of frames. The doctor was wonderful, very thorough and she listened to my concerns I had. She took her time and didn’t rush, explained things and showed me the difference if I went to a different script. She truly cares about her patients and so does the other staff. I’ll be back! Scheduling is also a breeze with the gentleman I talked with when I first called, he explained things and made sure my insurance was accepted there. Thank you all so much for being so welcoming and wonderful! I’ll see you next week with my kiddo!"

"The front staff are a complete turn off! They talk to you in a honey , sweetie, like I am some stupid person. Too bad I like Dr Lori but I won’t be back and neither will my husband. She needs to leave her honey/ dear at home and be a professional."
