I don’t think I would be as frustrated if it was every once and awhile, but every single time?? How could you let your staff be that unorganized? "Staff: The staff was very polite with the amount of people ordering. Building: It’s at the food court in the mall. Very spacious but may be hard to dine in with a bunch of people shopping. Food: It’s as expected. They are known for great food and that is what you get. The line was longer but our order went in and as soon as I made it around to the pick up side, my name was being called. Speed: it’s a new category to my reviews. 1-5 is the rating. 1 being considered McDonald’s on NWBLVD where they always make you pull up and wait, and 5 being freak fast. This was definitely a 5. Parking: It’s mall parking. So only luck you have at good parking isn’t you find a front row spot. Star rating: 4 stars because of the atmosphere. It’s the mall. Too many people and not enough seats. What saved it was the speed. I have no problem coming back here every chance I get. If this review helped, please hit the thumbs up and give me a follow."

"lacks quality vs the store. this location has 9/10 times gave me inedible fries that are not crispy and is like chewing cotton.. similar issues with the chicken. simple fix .. get trained by the other location or get modernized equipment like the other store if thats the issue, quit tarnishing the name"

"The food is great and it comes out fast. The staff at every friendly, especially the manager. My food was delayed one time out of idk how many times I’ve been here, and the manager made it right."
