"From the very beginning, my wife and I were greatly impressed by Dr. Kumar's professionalism and genuine care for our daughter. His thoroughness in addressing our concerns further strengthened our trust in him. However, regrettably, we have come to the difficult decision of moving our baby to another practice due to our encounters with Dr. Roberts on two occasions. Dr. Roberts completely disregarded my wife's valid concerns regarding our baby's well-being and displayed a predetermined mindset even before examining our daughter. When my wife mentioned the possibility of our baby being exposed to something on Sunday while playing with a 7-month-old who attends daycare, it seemed to have offended Dr. Roberts. She responded with an air of insult, speaking to both of us as if we were unintelligent. As our baby's condition worsened, experiencing a distressing night and not latching early Thursday morning, we decided to seek care at a pediatric urgent care facility. Following a brief examination of her throat, it was confirmed that our baby girl had been battling a virus all along - specifically, Herpangina, a commonly spread virus in daycare centers."

"I see that there were outdated reviews and wanted to add mine. My kids and I love Dr. Kumar. He has a great connection with kids. He also seems very knowledgeable. We’ve been going to his office for the past 3 years. He is available most of the time. He explains everything, he takes the time to listen and he gives the parents options. I kind of agree with the reviews about Dr. Roberts. She doesn't seem as attentive as Dr. Kumar is. I love all of the nurses. They are all very nice and helpful. Yes, the front office lady has a little bit of a “strong-willed” manner, but not to the extent I would call her rude. She could be a little more personable though. Overall, I love Dr. Kumar is our pediatrician and I really like his employees."

"I am not the 1 to write reviews but for Dr. Kumar and his staff I feel obligated to write a review. We been seeing Dr Kumar for last 18 months since my daughter was born, i have never had to wait more then 5 minutes. His staff is awesome Rachel at the front desk is amazing she is always happy to help. Nurse Christy and Will are 2 of the best nurses I have met they are amazing at their job. Dr. Kumar spends time on answering any questions I may have and he goes over the growth chart, he gives each patient plenty of time which I really appreciate. Thank Dr. Kumar and team for taking care of our daughter."

"We have been with Dr. Kumar for my son for 2 yrs now. He is the best doctor we could have asked for kids . He is very patient with kids as well as parents. Answers all the questions you may have thoroughly. Whenever we needed him after hours or weekends, he always called back to address our concerns. We also like the fact that he does not prescribe unnecessary medications. Believes in natural healing. I have read other reviews regarding people complaining about the front office. We never found her rude. She is strict for sure, but we never had a situation where she failed to accommodate us for a doctor appointment or insurance related queries. She expects us to be on time and be ready with insurance info etc, which in my opinion is fair considering there are other sick kids waiting. Both Nurses are also good. Especially William! Lab is onsite so we don't have to go outside for tests which is a big plus ! We highly recommend Dr. Kumar !"

"Dr Kumar is wonderful with our kids. He is very patient and kind when we bring our kids in to see him. He makes it a point to remember our kids name and ask about their siblings. If my other kids are waiting in the lobby he will go out there to say Hi. He always provides the best care when my kids are sick. He will call us back personally and not a nurse for test results. His staff is friendly and always accommodating on urgent requests."
