"Love Dr Menon and the staff. We have been with them for 2 years. Dr Menon has the best bedside manner and truly listens and cares about each child. The doctors take their time and make sure we have all our concerns addressed. Very knowledgeable and very professional, and the kids love them too! The Nurse on call, Miss Tina and Miss Karen return calls very quickly. Thank you! If at all wish they had a location in Aubrey, it’s the only negative if at all about this practice. I recommend them to all my friends."

"Dr. Menon provided exceptional care for my son, displaying a remarkable level of empathy and genuine concern. His bedside manner is excellent, creating a comforting environment my husband and I. He is not only caring but also non-judgmental, making it easy for parents to discuss concerns without hesitation. I appreciated his prompt responses through the patient portal whenever I had questions. If you need a great pediatrician for your child, Dr. Menon is the one!"

"Dr Menon has been taking great care of both our kids but the facility is very unmanaged. It’s usually an hour long wait to see the doctor even if you arrive on or before time. It becomes terrible when we need to keep a newborn without cloths for that one hour. I wish Dr Menon moves to a different facility and we can move away from Forest Lane. Update based on the response from facility on 10/11/2023 As I mentioned, My feedback is not against Dr Menon as he is one of the finest doctors. I would give him 5 stars. It is against the management who probably overbook multiple patients at the same time. This causes new born kids to stay without cloths in a cold room for almost an hour. Updated on 11/09/2023 Apparently they have fixed the wait time issue and it is much quicker now. Since all other experiences were already to the mark, I will bump up my review to 4 stars."

"Forest Lane Pediatrics is a wonderful pediatrician office with three different locations across DFW in Dallas, Mesquite, and Frisco. My child's pediatrician is Dr. Mahapatra and she is very nice, hands on, and she will answer all your questions. She is AMAZING! As a first time parent, I feel great leaving each appointment. My husband and I were given a binder of helpful information and receives a print out of milestones at each appointment to keep track of our child's development. The Frisco location is clean and offers a wellness and sick check in and mobile visits if needed. 10 out of 10 recommend Forest Lane Pediatrics."

"Update: I came back to edit my review because Karen called me back and was so sweet and understanding. She actually is who I’m use to speaking with when my child is sick . She assured me this was not what they are about and will speak with the girls who I spoke with earlier. She answered all my questions about my daughters sickness me was so sweet . Thank you Karen for being so great to your patients. First off I have to say this review is not for the physicians themselves. They are actually wonderful. I have both my daughters going to this pediatrics office and I have never dealt with so much rudeness In one call today. I had a nurse call back and I spoke with Hazel. She was very unprofessional and rude, she then transferred me to the front desk to schedule an appointment to another rude staff member. Neither of them seemed to care about customer service or just being pleasant. They both sounded like they hate their job. It was only till I told the scheduler I wanted to speak to someone about my experience that she started being nice and welcoming. I have seen this office go down hill when it comes to their staff, I only continue going because I love the physicians who work there. So if you plan on going to the Frisco office just know you will probably be welcomed with a rude front office that don’t always seem like they want to be there."
