"I went to this gym to cross train with a friend, and let me tell you; the hour drive was worth it. I really liked how clean, neat, and open the gym was. The professor was very kind and accommodating, and they were so kind to my son who is special needs. The class itself was EXCEPTIONAL. The way he teaches meets the needs of a variety of learners and then after class is rolls with no breaks. Which I love this. It builds endurance. I was not his student but he watched me and challenged me to work the opposite of my game. I get very nervous with training with men after some bad experiences. The men are a great balance of challenge and making/letting you WORK. I will try to come here once a month because I enjoyed the training so much. If you need a place to train, this is the one. Big gyms are cool but the individualized care and expertise of a gym like this is unbeatable. 12/10 ⭐️"
