"This was one of the worst experiences with a doctor I have had. Our daughter sees several doctors from the cooks system we love, but we chose to try Dr. Moody. Big mistake. Not only was the waiting time with a 2 1/2 yr old and her twin extremely long, especially in a room full of equipment, they double booked us with another patient. Then after he finally came in he saw her for just a few minutes and a few tests before he was already certain she will need surgery. Maybe he knows what he's talking about, but to be so certain after one visit is still alarming. Dr. Moody also speaks almost inaudible, especially with children around making noise. The person assisting him had to help us get questions answered and communicate with him. The customer service and wait times were unacceptable for a children's doctor. Cooks is never this bad. We will try a Cooks doctor or referral to get another opinion."
