"I had to cancel my appointment because of receptionist behavior. We scheduled an appointment on 7/26/2023 at 2 PM. We reached there by 1:40 PM. I filled out all the forms. She asked me to wait. I asked how many patients are ahead of us. She said 2. I told ours is scheduled appointment. She said due to our system issues, we are lagging behind. I said I can’t wait because I have swimming classes for my kids at 3 PM. I asked her to reschedule to Friday 7/28/2023 at 1:30 PM. I reached hospital by 1:25 PM. I asked her how many patients are ahead of us? She said 3 more patients. I said ours is scheduled one. She rudely said if you want you can go somewhere else. Worst character and worst behavior. I know Satish doctor is good. But receptionist is worst lady."
