"I called today to make an appt for my daughter who has been a patient of Dr. Len for years and I was told her that she has no record. How is her file suddenly gone? She was there last year. Their are multiple claims that prove service were rendered but her file was deleted. How? Management won't do anything about it other than reply email us. Dr. Len should have never left his previous office. The staff here are a hot mess."

"Let me start off by saying I’ve given this office plenty of chances and I’ve had it. I have 2 under 2. I had already a few things that bothered me about his office however I brushed it off. My current situation has now pushed my last straw. I can never get an urgent apt if needed. I called last Tuesday to get a call from dr Len, call center rep stated I will get a call back from 24-48 (that’s how long they have to call a patient back) it’s been a week and I still haven’t gotten a call back. I left a voicemails on the nurses phone, STILL haven’t gotten a call back. This office doesn’t take your kids HEALTH SERIOUS. I, myself have worked in a medical office as well as the back office, so like I say I’ve given plenty of chances. It’s shouldn’t take 2 weeks to get a SICK visit. A sick visit should be a same day or next day apt. I’m now going to be looking for a new dr."

"The doctor is amazing how ever waiting for an appointment is ridiculous. If my child is sick vomiting fever I have to wait three days out for them to see him. Whenever I do arrive 15 mins early to my appt I still have to wait 50 plus minutes in waiting area and then an additional two hours in the room. A doc visit shouldn’t be 3 hours long …. It’s ridiculous I wish Baylor Scott and white wasn’t completely filled because they are way better at scheduling. Their wait times are way shorter. I’m going to start looking for a different place. I also witnessed a lady lose her appt because she was one minute late and here I am waiting 50 minutes and they move along like it isn’t inconvenient to anyone."

"It was my first and last time. The staff was really friendly, the nurse who helped us also very friendly. Wait time ridiculous, got there 15 mins before appt as asked.. didn’t get sent to the back until 30 mins after appt time. Once the nurse saw us.. doctor took 47 mins to come in and see us. Told him all my concerns. My son tested positive for COVID so as soon as that test came he was ready to get us out. Didn’t recommend anything didn’t address my previous concerns. Once I asked what should I do? He said “keep doing what you’re doing” not even knowing what I was already doing!! I don’t recommend. Missing Dr. fatiregun."

"1 star because this place is terrible with service, they set an appointment for your child and make you wait hours before being seen. As well as unprofessional with checking in. Asked me for my ID after 35 minutes of sitting just to explain there is gonna be another hour wait. If that was the case you guys should’ve set the appointment for 11:15 and not 10:15. I ended up walking out and finding a new provider for my daughter who actually cares"
