"I was seeing Dr.J. I did not feel heard in any way, he had a very “get it done” demeanor with seemingly no empathy. he only asked about my mental illness, didn’t let me explain them or myself or how they affect me. He put me on a medication I tried saying I wasn’t comfortable taking. I also have ADHD, causing the dopamine in my brain to be lesser than others, which can cause spikes in anxiety and depression. When I tried getting put back on my adderall I had been on previously, he insisted my depression and anxiety was our main concern. (Which makes no logical sense to me, or my new psychiatrist due to how ADHD affects the brain.) he said multiple times he was going to start me on new meds but then decided to wait longer. I came here for help to get better, and improve my well being. I left more bothered and with more issues than I started with, due to lack of attentiveness to my file and previous medications. More than disappointed."

"Just wanted to say, the pediatric nurse Shana is hands down the best! My son has sensory difficulties and she was so patient and kind with him. Dr Uhles was very thorough and made sure that all of our questions were answered. We weren’t rushed through and we got right in without having to sit forever in the waiting room. Lynn at the front desk made us feel welcome and was so sweet! Overall this facility is the best in the area!"

"Caring and professional staff. From lab draws where Deb does top work in a gentle and efficient way. Emily, my nurse, was quick, professional and courtesy was tops. Joanna Bunch, my NP, is thorough and so caring. Directs me through the results, always ask my needs. I am do pleased."

"This was my first time with Mrs. Hull she was very kind and professional. she took time to listen to my concerns and explain fully all questions for and from me. I will be happy to see her again next year for my annual physical as well as other times through the year. Wail time to see her was minimal, the whole experience was excellent."

"We waited four hours for a doctor to come see us tonight at the hospital. When he finally came back he was completely rude to my mother and step mother. When my mother called later to ask where her partner was being transported to they told her the wrong city and we drove to the city they told us, only to find out she was actually five hours away in the complete opposite direction we went. The staff was horrible to my moms the whole night. Completely disrespectful and did not act like they cared what happens to my stepmom."
