"If I could give zero stars, I would. Sounded amazing over the phone when scheduling. Was happy to find a clinic to call home for my son, but the back office didn’t seem very patient. I was called back in the middle of doing paperwork, MA did not introduce themselves before she started rushing through appointment. I was suppose to see Dr McNeil, but was quoted incorrectly over the phone for self pay; luckily I double checked before the provider came in. People ask to prepare, and I was not prepared for that price to have one medication refilled… it would of been great to be told the truth when asking how much the visit would be. I left the office before seeing the provider."
