"i have had the worst service at this location especially with Dr. Hado , she doesnt allow me to talk and tell her how i am feeling , everytime she comes to see me ad her patient , she doesnt really sit down and explain me with what i have going on she is always in a rush and for me i need a doctor that makes me feel understood and definetly makes me feel comfortable to treat me. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this doctor."

"I was seen in a timely fashion. My blood pressure was elevated. Dr. Nguyen attentively addressed the need at hand. Then covered things I did not ask for. Preventative healthcare reduces the cost of healthcare. I appreciate all that he did. He covered more on my first visit than most doctors would have taken time to address on my first visit."

"If I could give 1 star, I would. Dr. Ha C Do, I got her a nickname "Dr. Interrupt" because she ALWAYS, and I mean always interrupted me. I could never be able to speak to the 4th word in my question/sentence. She ALWAYS jumped in and interrupted me. That's why she always ended up answering wrong. After 3rd time, I stopped and didn't want to say anything. And good luck to anyone, who asks for referral. She ignored me for almost a year. Together she and the male doctor, Dr. Huy Nguyen, they always act as insurance companies are their parents and they worry their parents have to pay too much for patients. The office is also horrible. They never answered phone calls, they let you leave the message, but NEVER call you back. Some office worker are actually good people. I feel bad for those good employees. So, the star is for them and big 0 star for those 2 doctors."

"I totally love this doctor's office; whenever I am very sick I go in early when they open and sit in as a walk in always get seen and taken good care of. Love how patient & understanding they are! Highly recommend them."

"Their receptionists & “manager” are super rude at this office. I called today to rescheduled my appointment but I was placed in hold for over 10 min. I requested to speak to speak to a manager but he didn’t listen, argued with me instead of finding a solution. If I could give zero star ⭐️ I would. Please take classes on how to provide customer service."
