"Refused to set me an appointment once I became a new patient. Tried to get return to work papers filled out. Was told because Lisa didn’t see why I needed an appointment so they wouldn’t make me an appointment. And then I was told she wouldn’t see me at all because of the attitude I had while explaining my job will not allow me back without this paperwork filled out. 100% will not recommend this offer or doctor to anyone."
