"The doctors and nurses are great! But the Urgent care needs to shape up! I came in with an infected wound. I was seen and diagnosed expediently. However it took over 5 minutes to find a bandage and they had no ointment X-ray was ordered but the guy was gone. Have to come back another day"

"Every time I have gone, I was taken good care of and the employees have to deal with all kinds of people and they never know who might have a bad attitude or temper, so they try the best they can to help everyone that enters."

"I felt ridiculed and not taken seriously by staff, including the women working the front desk. I was treated for physical ailments, but once I saw a physician for mental health concerns, I was treated in a much different manner. Please don’t pursue this clinic for ANY concerns that aren’t physical as you will be taken as a hypochondriac. It was a tough lesson to learn, especially since I paid for multiple visits. They will never see another dime of my money."

We have since went and seen a real Dr who has diagnosed her with what she really has and is treating her and seeing her often because it is a serious issue."
