"This place is something else! My husband went in with heart attack symptoms and they sent him home saying it was gerd. He came back later with a heart attack and they were rude to him. I would give them a two star but they finally took the time to find out what was going on"

"Husband went to ER and was told they had to do MRI’s and not X-rays because of the swelling. Which isn’t true. However, had the multiple MRI’s and they still misdiagnosed his with multiple fractures. There were none!!! So, we get this astronomical bill from them, and they want these astronomical payments and won’t be flexible on a payment plan, PERIOD!!!! What the heck is going on there. What happened to customer care and working with your customers?????? It’s all about the money down there now and not the patient. Shame on you!!!! This is disgraceful and shameful."

"Absolutely the worst hospital staff we have ever encountered, I must give props to a couple of nurses who knows what healthcare is all about. The tall physician in the ER had the worst mannerisms for a healthcare professional I've ever seen. My brother was treated like no one should ever be, being in the pain he was in, has to be moved to another facility to get the care he needed. I believe they should close down the ER and pull that physician license until they are all trained on how to serve the community they work in and for."

"I strongly encourage everyone to report complaints to the state survey agency. You can type how to report hospital into Google and it will tell you what to do. Next time I'm forced to go there I will be doing the same. Took friend with clogged catheter and bag full of blood and they let him lie there for 15 minutes before even looking at him and then walked around like they were waiting for tea. They need investigated badly!"

"The nursing staff were really nice when I took my mother there we had to stay in waiting room over 30 min but it was understandable. The reason I reviewed one was because of one of the female staff ( I asked from my mothers nurse and she told me she is their boss) she was very unprofessional and we could easily hear she was talking to other male nurse or doctor very inappropriately. Then she was very loud and was using very bad and unprofessional words talking about how busy the emergency room is with ridiculous patients like room 5 and 6 ( including my mother ). Her cloths were not appropriate for a hospital staff as everyone was staring at her even other hospital staff. I asked the nurse what was her name and she told me she is the manager and her name is H A ( I am not writing the full name as it is against Google policy and I hope administration knows who is H A) I am not an expert but she probably should not be there due to lots of unprofessional behaviors.
