"I don’t frequent this location & won’t be back. Inventory is great, but that’s it. Inquired about a price discount on a significantly damaged piece of furniture & told “that’s why it’s already marked the price it is.” The price was not marked down. Standard white label. Mind you, there are clearance aisles/sections throughout the store with damaged items reduced in price /marked “as-is”. Don’t belittle your customers because they are the reason you have been able to survive during such tumultuous times. Manager/floor supervisor was also quite rude/condescending. Kirkwood location has much better customer service."
