"Dr.Richdson and his routine staff are EXCELLENT! There was a different CMA that signed me in today and he made little to no eye contact. Was very short and quick with her questions like it hurt her that I was there. Did not allow pulse ox adequate time to register. Was on my finger honestly about 3 seconds. She barely stuck the thermometer tip in my ear. I had to move my head to get in my ear canal. In nursing school I was tought to pull up and sl. Back on the tip of the ear to assure proper placement of the thermometer for temp. reading. I have never been treated this way at this clinic before. Maybe we were both just having a bad day! I did call her on not leaving the pulse ox on long enough for a adequate reading. She offered to do it again but I declined. As for the temp taking...well that is pet peeve of mine bc 99.9 percent of ppl do that every where. Knapheide Clinic is a wonderful place to go for Health care and I appreciate it! If that is the worst thing that happens to me I would say the clinic is 5 star!"
