"Seems fine if you have a cold or something common like that but if you actually need help and professionals to listen to you, go somewhere else. They seem to have their mind made up about people before they even talk."

"Took my three kids in for initial appointments and it was very pleasant. But my son was prescribed the wrong epi pen (which we paid for) and even though the correct one was eventually prescribed (after several phone calls), and I was told we would be reimbursed for the mistake ($100 mistake), it’s been a year, I’ve provided all the necessary receipts and nothing has been done. Also, we went there for a specific in-network practitioner and we only saw her that initial appointment and it has been different doctors at appointments (because that practitioner never seems to be available ) ever since. Which I personally don’t like. They are mostly pleasant people and staff but it feels like we are a number there, not people."

"My family and I have been seeing Dr. Nau for years. He is easily the best pcp doctor in the 309, he’s awesome!!!"

"The absolute best practice! Love Dr. Nau and all the nurses and MOA’s they are caring and understanding. The office runs smooth rarely have to wait a long time in waiting room. Everything is always explained in a way I can understand it! They respond quickly to MyChart messages and phone calls!"

"THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL AND TALK TO A NURSE FOR MY MOTHER FOR OVER AN HOUR. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORSE ENEMY! WISH I COULD GIVE IT LESS THAN 1 STAR, BUT I COULDN'T POST MY REVIEW WITHOUT GIVING IT AT LEAST 1, WHICH IS DOES NOT RESERVE"
