"It is impossible to get a hold of these people. They have the wrong number posted on all of their sites. You will be on hold forever before u realize no one is gonna answer. I came across the number of a previous agent who helped me get a hold of them. 3 days later and still waiting on a call back. When you try to file a claim online it takes you to another insurance company so it's very confusing. I give 2 stars because the lady I finally spoke with was efficient and spoke clear."
