Reviews
"Incredibly long wait time. People showed up 40 minutes after me very late for their appointment were still seen before me. No ability to refer to specialist and very limited ability to treat. Dont waste your time just go to the ER."
"Great experience. Made an appointment, got seen quickly and was out of there in less than 45 minutes. APN Dory is great!"
"I’ve never left a review before, but after my experience felt I should. I am only giving 1 star because I can’t leave 0. The receptionist was abrupt and rude, she seemed put out about being there. I wasn’t concerned about the wait time as I saw it was going to be about 45 minutes before I was seen when I checked in online. When I explained why I was there and that I mostly needed help with cleaning my wound and resealing it as my doctor had told me to go to a prompt care or urgo if the wound reopened following the removal of my stitches. The nurse asked why I was there if the wound was not causing pain I replied because it is completely open and snagging on things and isn’t sanitary, they did not clean the wound instead I was told to soak it in warm water myself at home and clean it there, the most helpful thing they did was offer to bandage the wound which I told them I would do myself as I was completely over the entire experience. Do not go to the East Peoria location. I would not have except the Morton location was closed that day."
"You will wait forever. They have a hybrid system of scheduled appointments and walk-ins. They had appointments scheduled every 30 minutes and all walk-ins automatically get bumped down in the line whenever a scheduled appointment showed up. I was sixth in line when I got there with two walk-in’s ahead of me. While I was waiting three people with appointments went back and three more showed up. I literally stayed sixth in line the entire time. One of the two walk-ins ahead of me left before I did and the other was still waiting when I left after 90 minutes. Bizarre!!! The staff were still wonderful, patient and kind. Someone in leadership had a bad idea."
"I was treated very professionally and the staff was very personable! Mary was my nurse. Great job and very nice! J.Albert was my nurse practitioner. Very knowledgeable and pleasant! Nurse at front desk was very accommodating! Overall,I would rather go here than a hospital. This is an asset to patients and the community! Thank you to the staff at OSF On Call,in East Peoria!"
