"It typically takes 6 weeks or more to schedule an appointment so my child has not been seen by the pcp in years. Just tried calling ahead to urgent care to see how long the wait was. No answer but my child needed seen so drove out there only to find out they are closed. No phone message with a warning. It is bad enough that an urgent care provider is closed but it is unreasonable to expect them to have a recorded message on their phone line?"

"The only reason I don’t rate this place as a 1 is because the staff have helped me with issues in quick care and the staff for primary have always been nice. Went to see a new primary dr Franada and I was asked things about my work that should have never been asked to revive a doc note to go back. In my opinion the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met and I’ve been seeing a primary for close to 10 years. Treating your patients with respect is what a patient look for in trusting there doctor and I do not trust him with my life. Will be seeing a different doctor."

"Came in with chronic back pain issues. Was told by there aprn "D Meyers" that he will not prescribe steroids. Because there are no studies to suggest it helps, "and I don't prescribed medication that don't have a study supporting it". There are literally dozens that I can find within seconds of looking. "My daughter went to the urgent care center Monday. She went for sore throat and tonsil stones. She waited 2hrs in lobby. They took her back didn't test for strep and said your tonsils are enlarged and we can see where the stone was. Sent her on her way. Two day later same thing and she got into her dr. They tested for strep. She was positive and Exposed everyone at school and her job. I don't recommend this facility anymore"

"We can never get in. They cancel our appointments to take new clients. Been waiting since June/July for a September appointment that was moved to October. October appointment is now moved to January. What is the point, might be dead by then. When asked if they could move someone else to make room for us they were appalled."
