Coyote Arms is a premier shooting center located at 8600 Big 5, Edinburg, Texas, United States. We offer a wide range of services including Cerakoting, classes through Operationshieldtx.com, and a variety of firearms and accessories for sale. Our pricing for targets is competitive and we only allow paper, cardboard, or AR500 steel targets.
At Coyote Arms, we value and appreciate the sacrifice and service of our military and first responders, offering them a free lifetime membership. Our facility includes a brand new 15-station sporting clay course, a 5-stand setup, and a Trap Field available. We have covered bays with tables for your convenience, as well as a 60-yard range dedicated to archery with 3-D animal targets available for rent.
We offer annual memberships at a great price for law enforcement, veterans, first responders, and civilians. Additionally, we host various courses and matches such as License to Carry courses, PRS matches, and NRA Pistol Instructor courses. "Coyote Arms is the best I’ve gone to! From the range to the staff is amazing. The customer service from Berny was the best service. I love how the range is in an open area and outside. I appreciate how you can walk in the store and not feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable. The approach from the staff is awesome, they don’t make you feel intimidated. Plus they treat you like family, I’m convinced I’ll be going to the range at least once a week! I love how they’re open all week Monday - Sunday and their hours of operation are very convenient. "I love this place. It’s a bit of a drive for me to get there from my place, but it’s worth the drive out. The staff is kind and informative, the shooting bays are well kept, and they’re not springing random fees/charges on you. You’ll save money if you bring your own targets and rounds, but their rounds and targets aren’t much either way."
"Highly recommend their License to Carry Course. Our instructor, Manny, did a great job giving directions, going over laws and teaching us our rights. The shooting portion was straightforward and our instructor was there to guide any who needed little reminders. One thing to me mention though, this is just step one in getting your license. After you leave you will be emailed instructions on how to complete and submit any paperwork (at an additional cost) as well as get fingerprinted. Well worth it!"
"Great facility and property. The bays are well equipped with shade and a table. Everything seems very well maintained and their store prices are reasonable. Steel, targets, snacks, drinks and ammo in stock. Friendly staff. Wife had a great time. Next time I go back I’ll be purchasing a membership and maybe a new gun."
