"I hadn't been to the Laredo Country Club since the start of the pandemic. Before that, I'd been to weddings, a couple of galas, some business luncheons, and a bar mitzvah, so it was nice to return for a casual lunch with a client who is a founding member. We've been there twice and the first time I had the Cobb Salad. The second time I had the classic Club Sandwich. I prefer the Cobb Salad because there is less bread and I didn't feel as bloated with a hardy Cobb Salad. They didn't have Russian dressing but we ordered ketchup and mayo and concocted our own. The servers were attractive and acomodating but didn't know enough about bar/kitchen inventory, so any inquiry about "What kind of gin do you have" was met with "Let me go ask." Otherwise, it was a lovely experience and not too crowded or hectic. Nice people watching too and a great view of the golf course from the dining room. Let it be known there are no bad tables in this place."
