"These guys don't pay. One of their customers rear ended us a few years ago. These are usually pretty cut and dry: you rear end somebody, you're liable. These guys started a BS investigation to avoid paying out, in hopes that we would give up and use our own collision coverage. It took six whole months to get our car repaired."

"I wanted on Monday August 6, 2018 at about 11:40 a.m. Just one employee, no urgency. I lefted 20 minutes later completely ignored. Very, very bad customer service. Did not make payment. No courtesy coffee, coke or donuts. Will not come back. Also, no music. You guys are in the Dark Age."
