"I’m fascinated that this group has a positive rating, but I’m guessing it’s because none of the reviewers have ever had to rely on them to actually process a claim. We were hit by one of their drivers, and they’re magically free from processing the claim because they can’t get ahold of their insured driver... It’s comical. Who knew you were magically free from responsibility if you just don’t answer your phone? They clearly prey on low SES drivers, and I hate that people are falling into this company’s scam. It’s evident they’re used to people not questioning them and giving pushback, as they just have a little script and can’t answer any actual questions about the legality of their claims process."

"The only reason this company is even getting a star is because I don't have a choice. The manager Viva or whatever her name is has no shame when she tells you a bold face lie directly to your face or over the phone or to her employees. Her employees go out of the way for you more than she would even bother. The only thing on her mind is to cover her own butt when her employees mess up. When I put my truck on my husbands policy they failed to take pictures of my vehicle. I filed a claim a month later and all I feel they have done is deceive me and my husband and lied. No one returns your calls, nor do they care what you may be going through. I have never encountered a more disrespectful company than this one and its not just the manager at this location. The claims adjuster in Brownsville, Jorge Diego, his supervisor Lydia Castillo and even her supervisor Connie Elizondo cover up for each other. They failed to take pictures and send a simple email to the claims department and because of the short span in time from getting the policy and my claim, I must be lying about the situation. It's been almost a month and they still can't close this claim? It has disrupted my family and my house and caused unneeded stress and aggravation. Please pick any other company except this one. I could be so much more uglier than what I am and I truly wish I could really say what is on my mind. Next step, BBB!!!!!!"

"The customer service is horrible. Agent Michelle was on the cell phone when I went in to cancel my policy. I informed her that I needed my policy till midnight and she canceled me right away. I spent my whole lunch hour canceling a policy and turns out that you have to pay a fee for each month when canceling. I called their manager Marcus Taylor and all he said was that his system won't allow him to cancel in advance. He also said "Am I going to listen to you complain?" Train your reps, horrible customer service, their reps shouldn't say "my bad" to a policy holder."
