"Visit and procedure went well. Receptionist forgot to put the doctor on my wrist band so that was a little concerning since that seems to be an important step. The nurses were all great. The Nurse anesthesiologist was kind of robotic and would say the same speech to each patient (I overheard her say the same speech to someone else as soon as she left my curtain) and gave barely any time for questions. Also, it would be nice if the doctor would wait until you were more fully awake before giving you the results, again no time given for questions."

"I was terrified to get my EGD, but everyone here was so kind and reassuring. The nurses, doctors and other staff are all very down to earth with great bedside manner. I thought I was going to be living a nightmare, but it was very pleasant. I can say I actually had a good time! Thank you everyone for going above and beyond and of course for being awesome!!!!!"

"This is under my husbands name, but I’m the one who was there. Of course no one likes the prep, but the staff and doctors there are amazing. Made you as a patient, feel important, comfortable and relaxed. I felt like my needs were always at the top of their priority."

"I was very frustrated because they never told me my ride would have to wait in the car until I was done.That info was not on my paper work regarding my appointment and prep under the “transportation policy” either. My dad had to sit outside in his car for 3 hours because they were running behind. Thank God it was a nice day and not one of our below freezing days. He had to drive 30 min to pick me up so leaving wasn’t an option. He is in his 70’s. That also left my mom home alone who depends on my dad for help. Had I known this before hand I would have made other arrangements!! If you are not going to inform patients ahead of time it definitely needs to be put on the paperwork you email patients. The nurse Darla, had a difficult time getting an IV started and it was very painful having it done 2 times. She did the same thing to the patient next to me, he had it done 3 times. A very good suggestion would be, knowing people might be a little dehydrated from the prep, getting and using the numbing cream on patients!!!! Plus when the scheduling nurse contacted me, Stacie Melton, she was wonderful, took all my info but somehow when I got there they didn’t have some of the info I previously provided. This being my first time there just a little disappointed. The other staff was nice and Dr. Chintalapani was awesome. He came and met me before my procedure and asked if I had questions and great bedside manner!! I would recommend him ! The before procedure needs a little help and more communication, especially about the ride situation!!!"

"The staff of nurses (check in back in procedure area and RN) and anastegioligist were wonderful. IV went flawlessly. Check in nurse was great. Felt very comfortable with all staff. All were caring and compassionate. Would highly recommend. Dr. Eddy is a wonderful caring doctor. Really cares for his patients."
