"I've been a customer of Fred Loya for over 2 years, but today the experience with this location was horrible. The staff " Bianca and Brianna " were unwelcoming from the moment I stepped in the door, completely unprofessional with very poor customer service specially Bianca who was extremely rude with a bad attitude, and instead of apologizing for them putting wrong dates on my documents she started raising her voice and blaming me for not telling them the date I wanted on the document, and when I told her you never asked me for the information she started raising her voice and behaved like I am inconveniencing her and acted in a way that reflected a very low class personality. Don't use the location on 9115 Grissom Rd."
