"Always something wrong. Prescriptions are a mess from this place. Zero doctors just nurse practitioners. Terrible"
"We are lucky that our county hospital is located in Macomb. I always go there. Sometimes I didn’t find concerned doctors and I have to travel the city to get the Specialist. I hope MDH authority will look after us, and bring more and more Specialist in the city for a day or a month."
"Since Sue Adams left this office went downhill. The nurse practitioners are rude and insensitive, and if you call 15 minutes before they close, they will do nothing for you."
""Assigned" a new provider. Several chronic issues including autoimmune disease resulting in spine and joint damage. Been stable and productive for 5 years. I'm told Nurse (pretend) practitioner will refuse to continue that treatment...I should use aleve and an ice pack? Like I didn't try that from the beginning, you dolt Other clinics refused me because I've literally had every treatment modality tried. Found one thing that allows me to work and not be miserable Oh. Now thanks to a personal crusade and a clear disdain for patients, I'm kicked to the curb. Shame on you MDH for hiring a complete buffoon who seems to get great joy from denying treatment, when everything was fine and stable. If you have chronic conditions, avoid the clapping seals at the family pretend clinic."
"I went to the new MDH Monmouth Convenience Care with a family member recently and the staff was fantastic. Very kind and knowledgeable, answered all our questions. One area of improvement that I think needs to be addressed is the dirty, stained carpet. I can't believe the old Cottage carpet is still there! It's an eye sore and definitely makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the clinic."
