"This was my fiance's first visit with Dr.Povlovic today, and I've never ever seen a doctor act so unprofessional, his bedside manners where HORRIBLE! Dr Povlovic kept interrupting my fiance everytime she was trying to answer a question that Dr.Povlovic would ask. My fiance's GP said she would need long-time pain management, so this was the closest pain management facility she could get into, i wanted her to go to Pekin pain clinic but they won't see people in Monmouth anymore cause of the long drive and people kept missing all the time. (Pekin pain clinic is a EXCELLENT pain clinic). But back to Dr.Povlovic, she has been threw physical therapy 4 times and its never helped, she has taken every shot there is for pain and no relief, NONE but he still insisted on more shots. She has been on Tramadol for about a year or so and all we wanted Dr.Povlovic to do was to up the dosage alittle. Her GP was only giving her 90 a month and she didn't feel comfortable giving her more so thats why we are here. All we wanted Dr.Povlovic to do was to up the dosage alittle or try something new or different, or whatever. All she wants is a better quality of life, thats all. Is she ever going to be pain free NO, and she understands that. But Dr.Povlovic could of shown alittle more compassion and just listened, instead of interrupting her everytime she tried to answer a question that Dr.Povlovic would ask. People come to u Dr.Povlovic because they are in pain, they don't need to be mocked or made out to be a drug seeker. I could go on and on but I'm not going to. "Today was my first visit ever sense Dr. G left. I been going there for almost a year. Then today i met the new Doctor who took over. Dr. P something. Sorry i cant pronouse his name. Anyway. I WOULD NOT AND WILL NOT GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN. HE TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A NOBODY. HE WAS VERY RUDE HE DID NOT CARE ABOUT ANY OF MY ISSUES. WHEN HE TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO FOR ME BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE AN INJECTION FROM HIM RIGHT NOW. I SAID OK WELL SENSE IVE BEEN ON STRONG PAIN MEDS FOR ALMOST A YEAR I ASKED IF HE WOULD HELP ME COME DOWN FROM THEM.. HE TOLD ME NO AND EVERYTIME I TRIED TO TALK TO HIM HE WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ME. I GOT UPSET AND THIS DOCTOR LAUGHED AT ME. HE IS SO UN PROFESSINAL AND JUST DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PAIN. SO MAY THE GOOD LORD BE WITH ANYONE WHO SEE'S HIM."
