Reviews
"I went to the convenience walk in clinic in Monmouth. Apparently it’s a new location for them. I got in very quickly. The nurse was extremely nice and so was the NP that was there. She listened to my concerns and it was overall a very positive experience."
"Extremely unprofessional. Came in didn’t realize they closed at 7. Instead of just saying sorry we close soon the girl at the front desk was talking to her coworker about how I showed up and they’re booked. Literally just walked out. Make sure if you work in healthcare your customer service is good!"
"The front desk staff and doctor were nice and professional. The nurse was rude to my son and lacked patience. I didn't appreciate how she talked to him."
"What is the point of a convenient clinic if you have to have an appointment. Thought the whole point was that it was to be a walk-in clinic. If you have to have an appointment shouldn't it be considered a regular doctor's office. I write this after having a great experience last week with this clinic and the care that was given to one of my family members. Note that family member did not have an appointment and was seen right away and was given amazing care. Today I try to take another family member and was told that if they didn't already have an appointment it would be 6:30pm before they could be seen. That was 3 hours later than when we were there. I just don't understand you are supposed to be able to use this as a walk-in clinic when you can't get into your regular doctor's office, but how do you do that when they take appointments and only walk-ins if they have room for them."
"Prompt. I scheduled an available time, completed paperwork on line, was there on time, and had very little wait. NP, Brittany, listened, took her time with me, and I feel I was heard and diagnosed correctly. She was thoughtful about prescribing meds that would help without aggravating other medical conditions I have. Strongly recommend."
