"Nurse Chris accused me of something that I did not do, to get revenge for disagreeing with her about having to come in to get a new referral after I went to see a specialist. Dr. Lee believed the falsehood and told me to go see someone else, which I am actually relieved about because there were two times that Genesis contacted me about appointments that I didn't make, and they led back to his office. I don't know what he's up to, but I feel better not being part of it."

"The Doctor is fabulous. I've recommended him many many times. The staff that answers the phone are far from being acceptable. I have sat on hold for over 15 minutes as their automated system tells you, "you are caller 1" (one) for the entire time you are waiting. That to me is UNACCEPTABLE, leaving a patient on the phone that long. I just wonder if the Doctor knows what his patients deal with, just to have him as a Doctor. I'm so disappointed to be treated this watby his staff. I've offered to work for him to answer calls in a timely manner."
