"Avoid this convenient care unless you like spending hundreds/thousands of dollars for no treatment. A quick Google search of your symptoms and $20 on over the counter meds would have been significantly more effective and caring toward my health than this CC was. I have a cough that kept me up all night from not being able to breathe. Each time I would doze off I would awake within an hour from wheezing and the inability to breath. This is alarming to me for obvious reasons. So far the cough has gotten worse, and if it were to progress any further I have no doubt this could potential result in a middle of the night e-room visit in the very least. They took blood tests, and X-Ray's of my lungs, then sent me on my way. When I asked what they're prescribing me, they said they'll be in touch tomorrow after the results are in!? I made sure they understood I was unable to breathe in the middle of the night. I requested what over the counter meds do they recommend. They repeated they'll be in touch tomorrow morning to go over that once the results are in. This demonstrated a clear lack of concern for my health. Google provided significantly more help than this CC staff did. Edit: A nurse named Sandy called me the following morning to follow up. I wish she had been the nurse that helped me the previous day. She was kind and compassionate. She listened to my concerns, and followed up with the provider regarding my situation. Sandy would get 5 stars from me for sure. Thank you Sandy!"

"I usually have pleasant experiences there but Wednesday, February 7th 2024, my child was refused to be seen over me questioning why we needed a mask WHILE WEARING THE MASK, Amber, with red hair, told us we needed to leave, called the cops and security and refused to see my clearly sick child and then they refused to give me accurate numbers for patient advocate and manager, but the receptionists who BOTH WERENT WEARING masks, gave me accurate numbers and I want HER FIRED!!!"

"The receptionist I met was terse, impatient, and doesn't seem to understand anyone coming to the walk in clinic is already not having a good day. I was ignored when I approached her and she elected to help someone who arrived after I did. Not sure if it's something I did but definitely wasn't a pleasant experience."

"Don’t go here unless you already know exactly what is wrong and need a simple test done. Went with possibly connected symptoms, but feeling miserable. (I get anxiety about going to doctors, but I have a sinus infection, sore throat, and laryngitis and husband convinced me to go.) Nurse and receptionist were nice, but the nurse practitioner had a chip on her shoulder when she walked in because I wrote stuff down because it hurts to talk and reading was inconvenient and she didn’t want to hear about other medical issues that might be a factor. (I’m not a nurse practitioner so I listed other medical issues that have been a concern in the last week and have been severe enough to keep me up at night.) She had an unpleasant tone, dismissed me for not even having related symptoms, and then she was annoyed that I was bummed about still being sick without answers when my test came back negative. I won’t be back. She was rude and her bedside manner sucked. She totally reinforced my anxiety about seeking medical help."

"I came in to the walk-in clinic lastnight with my daughter and there was a 2 hour wait. It is a long time but I was not worried about it. We got in and out in an hour and 20 minutes. I was honestly amazed at how kind everyone was. It did not even feel like we were there that long at all. They genuinely cared about what was going on. They did not rush through anything like they needed to get to the next patient. I can say it was the best experience I have had at a walk in clinic."
