"Received a written quote with the correct address. Liked the quote. Accepted the quote and paid. Received paperwork with the incorrect address. Called and emailed agent (Jessica) for over a week with no response or kept being told by customer service that I'd receive a call back. Finally, one week later, was told that they had made a mistake and the new quote was nearly $1,000 higher than the quote I'd received in writing. They would not honor the written quote. I terminated and went elsewhere. I do understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, the lack of timely response all indicate a lack of professionalism and not a company that I want to do business with in the future."

"I would highly recommend TGS Insurance if you want to save money on you insurance needs. My agent was very knowledgeable and was able to give me quotes on what my needs were. I was given a couple of different options and everything was explained in great detail so I could make a good decision. "TGS was great when I first purchased my policy 3 years ago. However they have gone downhill rapidly. I will not be renewing with them at renewal time. My policy that I purchased through TGS is with Branch insurance. TGS has never had the best service, but Branch WAS wonderful with their service so if I had questions I would contact them. However now branch routes all customer service calls to TGS and TGS is useless. I have an important question about my policy and after 5 phone calls to TGS someone finally answered and I explained I had a question they put me on hold to look up my info and never returned after 20 minutes the phone disconnected. Stay away from these people if you value customer service."
