"Literally have been going here since 2004. 4 of my children were born at Mercy in Iowa City and all have grown up under the care of Mercy West Branch their entire lives. LOVED everyone here. Until Novak (most amazing Doctor ever) retired and was replaced by Dr. Rice. Some then it has been absolute HELL gettinf meds or just about anything done. Katie Md everyone else are still AMAZING. However Dr. Rice is rude, dosent se.to care about anyone's time but her own, and seems to always have an excuse to why something is t done. After her getting rude with me today in front of my kids...never again. Those that know me know I'm pretty chill and usually on point with my professionalism. Mind blown by the audacity she has to speak to me the way she did."
