"The staff was polite and got to me in good time. But that was all the good I have to say. I went in with a nasal cavity infection, first thing I said when I went in was that I may have an upper respiratory infection. They did not check for infection, they did not check for anything besides strep throat, covid, and the flu. I am still in heavy discomfort as of posting this. Bottom line don’t bother going to this care center if you have an infection, they won’t help you."

"I went in for a rash of some sort. Its related to the nerves somehow since the rash is just where I'm having issues. All the nurse practioner did was send a picture to her colleague and ask me if I've changed soaps. It was a waste of time just to feel unheard and get told "I don't know" before she walked out of the room."
