"Do not go here! I was a patient of Christine Blake’s for several years. They cancelled every appointment I had for the last year. Sometimes they waited until I arrived at the clinic to tell me that Christine was not there and they cancelled my appointment. I had to take off work for the appointments. Today April 4, 2023 I had an appointment at 3:00. I received a phone call at 8:34AM telling me that Christine no longer works there and had not since February 28th. Where was my notice? A letter? A phone call before the day of the appointment.a notification in the app? Would have been nice to know I needed to find a new provider and what do with medication in the mean time. To say I am angry is an understatement!"
