"The clinic should have seating in exam rooms for all types of bodies. As a plus sized woman, having to physically squeeze yourself into a cheap chair, is not only demeaning, but also inaccessible for some people who are plus sized/obese."

"I never wanted to go to OSF always preferred St Margarets 10/10. Now that they closed I'm forced to come here. My very first visit to their all but backed up my hatred for OSF. I took my son to the urgent care clinic because he was sick and wanted to make sure he didn't have strep or anything else. They're very shady about their billing be prepared to get screwed over on your bill. They billed my insurance as urgent care clinic for the office visit and billed my insurance separately for all their lab tests from the hospital. Now the reason this is ignorant is most insurances will. Cover all urgent care costs at 80% costs. Since they billed their labs as a hospital I now have to pay an outrageous bill because my insurance only covers hospital bills once deductibles are met. None of these tests were done at the hospital all within the walls of their urgent care clinic. If tests are done in a clinic I would expect to be billed as clinic labs not the hospital!!! I went to St Margarets numerous times for this exact situation and never got billed as a hospital for their lab tests they did in the clinic."

"Have been coming here for the past 2 yrs receiving excellent service. That being said the "prompt care" needs a different waiting room why do I want to come into a healthy check up or we'll child visit to sit next to someone hacking their lungs up? All this state about is money and common sense goes out the window."

"If I could give a 0 review, I absolutely would. I went here looking for help while being in Illinois over the summer. "Carol" was my nurse practitioner (I'm guessing that's her title). She needs a different job where she's not working with people. I went in with 3 issues, 1 of which was very minor. She immediately tells me I need to go to a GP and I said I'm visiting the area because both my parents passed recently. My doctors are out of state. I mentioned a prescription I was interested in for one of my issues and then I brought up another question pertaining to that. Carol proceeded to tell me again that I needed to see my GP and that "the people who own this place (OSF) only want her to spend 5 minutes with each patient"! She continued berating me for very sensitive issues and never physically checked them out. Then she said she was the only one working and I said that's not my problem. What she told me to do for my issue has never worked. A complete waste of effort and money to go there. She made me feel worse than I already did and I left in tears. Good riddance to bad rubbish Carol!"

"I looked online for somewhere I could be seen on a Sunday and they have a form so you can set it up. A lady called me back right away to check in with me and said to come right in. The front desk lady, the nurse and the doctor were all very kind and helpful. So glad they were there to help me!!"
