"My son has been a patient at this office for 10 years. Until recently she sent me a letter at that that she was going to terminate my son as a patient from her office because I guess I offended her since I do work in the health care field as a respiratory therapist. I questioned her when she told me he was fine. I told her his cough and his history of asthma I know when it’s allergies and when he is fighting something viral or not. She asked me what do you want me to do give you albuterol and I stated I could easily get that from my job since I am a respiratory therapist and she seemed surprised since I was not the typical Medicaid patient going in to get albuterol I needed lab work to be done which I asked for strep I expected a nose swab or something else I waited hours for no answer but he’s negative for strep and he didn’t have fever so he didn’t need to swab his nose. I didn’t know I offended her lol because she cannot poke my eyes and I am my child’s advocate I’m glad she terminated him but I want those who have no background in the health care field to know how she does things. You know your child better than any doctor if they tell you nothing is wrong move to another Dr till you find an answer. UPDATE: according to Dr posada nothing was wrong with him took him to ER.. they said other wise. As I mentioned move on to another Dr till you find the answer."

"Been taking my kids here for years and I’m not even sure why. Incompetence at every level. They never handle pre authorizations correctly resulting in wasted time and re schedules for what should be something simple. Plus they always treat you like a Medicaid patient and try to run every test to milk the insurance but not everyone in the valley has Medicaid!! Some of us actually have to pay co pays and co insurance."

"First off I am not one to come on here and write reviews about how great or how bad a service is. My children have been patients of Dr. Posada since birth and I had never had any problems until recently. For one ever since they hired a new girl in the front the phone is never answered and the clinic remains locked until after 9am. As per google and hours on the doors the office opens at 8:30 a.m, so I'm not sure why this is acceptable. By the time they open the doors the line is of 20-30 people OUTSIDE. My biggest complaint though is the lack of compassion and wisdom Dr most recently shows. My child battled high fevers of 103-104+ for over 12 days. All I kept hearing is "it's viral. It's not like your child is not dying". It took a change in PCP's to finally get answers and PROPERLY diagnose-treat my child with typhus fever, anemia, and an extreme deficiency of Vitamin D. The need for antibiotics was necessary and thankfully we're now on the road to recovery. Again I really didn't want to leave this bad review, but as parents we need to trust our intuition and get our children the care they need. Our children deserve it. If you continue visiting this location and are never getting answers, or your children are not recovering you may need to rethink your choice of Drs."

"I feel compelled to write a review about this facility. Unfortunately, the staff lack awareness and have a blatant disregard for patients. The disgraced “office staff” bedside manners are disgusting – they need to be taught courtesy manner and put a stop to their rude attitude when asked a simple question. The doctor was rushed and did not listen well to my concerns, I do want to mention we were not seen by Dr. Posada. I like the pediatric clinics who have scheduled appointments and walk-ins. No one has time to wait in the very loud lobby for an hour just to be seen by the nurse to check the vitals then to wait in a virus cold infected room for the PA."
